Designs can be sent in .ai, .psd, .eps, or .svg formats. Bit images can also be used but must be larger than 1000 pixels on the longest side with at least 80% of the design taking up the background at 300 dpi. Formats accepted for these are .png or .jpeg.

The minimum product price is not tax-deductible. Donation amounts paid over the minimum product price made to registered non-profit organizations 501(c)(3) in good standing with the IRS are deductible to the extent allowed by law. For charitable donations to a registered 501(3)(c) organization made through the GoodSPree platform, in most cases GoodSpree will email a tax letter to donors. In some cases the letter will come directly from the organization, and in other cases the letter will be provided by GoodSpree and the organization.

A GoodSpree campaign is great for nearly any cause or project your non-profit wishes to rally around. We do however prohibit campaigns for highly offensive, discriminatory or illegal purposes.

If you buy a product, you may add a donation without any service fees (a 2.9% payment processing will be charged only to the purchase amount—not the donation).
During the contribution process supporters may select the option "Make my name anonymous." Selecting the option will hide the supporters name aon the public facing GoodSpree website. However, GoodSpree does share supporter information with the non-profits being supported.
The portion of payments made for goods such as t-shirts, mugs, etc. are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Any amount deemed donation is not refundable. For refund requests please firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-393-4752.
GoodSpree sets the prices for products using internal data optimized to be the best price point for a given product, campaign, and design.
The key to a successful campaign is regularly sharing your campaign to your network of supporters and potential supporters. Tell the story of your organization and ask for support through emails, regular engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and other sites where your supporters can be found. Be direct, concise, and tell your community why their support matters. GoodSpree can also provide free email content to send to your organization members.
